The Chair of the Board of SRV Group Plc has received a fine sentence in the Helsinki Court of Appeal
The Helsinki Court of Appeal has sentenced Ari Lehtoranta, the Chair of the Board of SRV Group Plc, to a fine in the securities market criminal case of Nokian Tyres plc.
Ari Lehtoranta served as the President and CEO of Nokian Tyres plc from 2014 to 2016. Lehtoranta's sentence is not related to the operations of SRV Group Plc and the event occurred before he became the Chair of the Board in 2024. SRV does not comment on the matter.
