Change in SRV Group Plc’s General Counsel

SRV Group Plc’s SVP, General Counsel and a member of Corporate Executive Team Johanna Metsä-Tokila has resigned. She will take on a position in another company on 16 August 2021, at the latest.

“I wish to thank Johanna Metsä-Tokila warmly for her ambitious work for the company. She has dynamically developed and led SRV’s legal department, and her role in leading the whole company has been important. I wish Johanna the best of success in her future role,” says SRV’s President and CEO Saku Sipola.

SRV will commence a search to recruit a new General Counsel promptly.
